The Flip-up or curvature at the top of the windshield  is created by heat forming the windshield in a special process wherein the maximum clarity of the material is maintained while the windshield itself remains strong and durable.

Every Harley shield we make is either a solid, or transparent color with varying degrees of tint, the tint is in the material and not just some lousy film.

Clear:As transparent as they come. The best visibility possible.

Light Grey:this is a lighter hue of grey tint which affords the ability to see at day and at night, at least better than a pitch black shield.

MediumGrey: A good combination between the light grey and the grey, it is a medium in shade.

DarkGrey: This material has a semi transparent look with a darker tint. This material is great in the sun but not so great at night; it gives the great look to the sweet ride.
